Ultrawin Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to Using the Platform

Ultrawin (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of all services offered by Ultrawin.

By registering, logging in, or using any service on Ultrawin, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Ultrawin.

Ultrawin reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time without giving a reason. Accounts may be suspended or closed in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

• Each individual is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your sole responsibility. Ultrawin is not liable for any loss arising from sharing your password or allowing others to access your account.
• Completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before making a withdrawal. A scanned copy of your National ID or passport must be uploaded.
• The mobile number and email address provided during registration must be accurate, as they will be used for verification and communication purposes.
• Creating an account on behalf of or in the name of a minor is strictly prohibited.

Ultrawin supports mobile banking and bank transfers commonly used in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly; processing may take up to 15 minutes in some cases.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be approved without completed KYC verification.
• First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process; subsequent withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be delayed by up to 72 hours for verification purposes.

All betting and gaming activity on Ultrawin is governed by the following rules.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Ultrawin permits it under exceptional circumstances.
• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bets will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.
• Ultrawin will not be held liable for any bets voided due to network delays during live betting.
• Multiple bets on different markets within the same match are allowed; however, arbitrage betting is strictly prohibited.
• Ultrawin reserves the right to void any winnings generated through system bugs or glitches in casino games.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is a criminal offence and is strictly prohibited on Ultrawin.

All game outcomes on Ultrawin are determined by an independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator), eliminating any possibility of predetermined results.

Ultrawin offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer carries its own specific terms, and the general rules below apply to all bonuses.

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise in the offer details.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• While a bonus is active, the maximum bet amount is generally limited to 5% of the total balance or ৳500, whichever is lower.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Breaching bonus terms will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and the original deposit may also be withheld.
• Ultrawin reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Ultrawin platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Money Laundering: Using the Ultrawin platform for money laundering.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software or scripts to place bets.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets across different markets to guarantee a profit.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit the bonus system for unfair gain.

Ultrawin is committed to delivering its services to the highest standard. However, liability is limited for events beyond Ultrawin's reasonable control.

• Ultrawin is not liable for any losses caused by internet disruptions, power outages, or issues with third-party services.
• Ultrawin is not responsible for bets placed in error by the user or for incorrect payment details submitted by the user.
• In the event of a dispute over any game or betting outcome, Ultrawin's server logs shall serve as the final and binding record.
• In the event of a technical error causing a loss, Ultrawin's liability is limited to refunding the value of the bets directly affected by that error.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Bengali version. In the event of any discrepancy in a translation, the Bengali version shall prevail.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Any delay by Ultrawin in enforcing a term shall not constitute a waiver of that term.
